Is cash still widely used?
Yes. St. Vincent and the Grenadines is predominantly cash-based outside a few tourist businesses on Bequia and in Kingstown. The Grenadine islands (Mustique, Canouan, Mayreau, Union Island) have very limited or no ATM and card infrastructure.
ATMs and withdrawing cash
ATMs are available in Kingstown and on Bequia. Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines machines accept some foreign cards.

Low to moderate. Some resorts and businesses on Mustique and Bequia accept cards. Everywhere else requires cash.
